Born and raised in West Texas, Kyle Battin brings a unique blend of real estate, construction, property maintenance, ministry, and law enforcement experience to every client relationship. Originally from Levelland and now a proud resident of Lubbock, Kyle has built his career on integrity, service, and a genuine commitment to helping others.

Kyle's background as a police officer and pastor has shaped his approach to business—one centered on trust, clear communication, and putting people first. His experience owning and operating a property maintenance company provided him with extensive knowledge of home systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance, giving property owners valuable insight into protecting their investments.

In addition, Kyle has worked alongside a local home builder, guiding families through the home-buying process and gaining firsthand knowledge of residential construction and real estate. Today, he combines these experiences to provide professional property management and property condition review services with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Kyle and his wife, Michelle, live in Lubbock, Texas. Together they have six children, and a growing family of grandchildren spread across Oregon, Arkansas, and Texas. When he's not working, Kyle enjoys spending time with family, serving his church and the community, and investing in the people and places that make West Texas home.
